It mainly consists of bridge, trolley travelling mechanism, crab and electrical appliances. They are applicable to the transfer, assembly, check and repair as well as load and unload at mechanic processing workshop, subsidiary workshop of metallurgical mills, warehouse, goods yard and power station. They can also be used instead of common double-girder overhead crane at production workshop in light textiles or food industry. It has two kinds of classification, that is, A5-A7.The working ambient temperature is generally-25℃-40℃.It is forbidden to work in environment with combustible, explosive or corrosive media.
Two operating methods, namely, on floor and in the driver¡¯s cabin, have been designed ror such kind of crane The cabin is divided into open-style and closed style. The cabin can be installed on the left or right according to actual conditions. The operator can enter the cabin from one side, rear or top, which depends on the different user¡¯s requirements. Standard capacity: 5T, 10T, 16/3. 2T, 20/5T, 32/5T, 50/10T, 75/20T, 100/20T, 100/30T, 125/30T 150/30T, 160/32T, 200/50T, 400/80T, 560/250T;
Feature Description
1. Mechanical feature.
1) Double welding box girder, DIN/FEM standard deflection.
2) Material Q235B or Q345B. (Similar to the international steel Fe360 or Fe520)
3) Whole length CNC cutting for complete web plate, high deflection accuracy.
4) High quality automatic welding and NDT inspection.
5) Shot-blasting Sa2.5 for complete girder after welding, stress release.
6) Epoxy zinc rich high quality painting, 2x2 with 140¦Ìm.
7) 10.9 class High tension bolts mounting between girder and legs, life time safe connection.
8) Double flanged or flat wheels, anti-friction bearings, cellular buffers, derailment protectors.
9) Full-length service platform along the crane bridge is supplied, where it is equipped with protective hand railing and toe strips.
